Das Deutsche Bundesamt für Naturschutz (BfN) ist die wissenschaftliche Behörde des Bundes für den nationalen und internationalen Naturschutz. Das BfN unterstützt das Bundesumweltministerium fachlich und wissenschaftlich in allen Fragen des Naturschutzes und der Landschaftspflege sowie bei der internationalen Zusammenarbeit. Unter anderem befasst sich das BfN auch mit den in Deutschland wild wachsenden Pflanzensippen, deren Vergesellschaftung und der potentiell natürlichen Vegetation (pnV). Die entsprechenden Informationen werden auf der Online-Plattform FloraWeb (www.floraweb.de) zur Verfügung gestellt. Die im FloraWeb enthaltenen Verbreitungskarten wurden vom Netzwerk Phytodiversität Deutschlands (NetPhyD, www.netphyd.de) im Auftrag des BfN kompiliert. Die Datenbasis wurde von vielen regionalen Kartierungsprojekten zur Verfügung gestellt und beruht auf der überwiegend ehrenamtlichen Tätigkeit von rund 5.000 Kartiererinnen und Kartierern.

L'Office fédéral allemand pour la conservation de la nature (abrégé BfN en allemand) est l'autorité scientifique du gouvernement allemand qui s’occupe de la conservation de la nature sur le plan national et international. Le BfN aide le Ministère de l'environnement dans tous les aspects techniques et scientifiques de la conservation de la nature et la gestion du paysage, ainsi que pour la coopération internationale. Le BfN s’occupe notamment des plantes sauvages, des associations phytosociologiques et de la végétation naturelle potentielle (abrégé pnV en allemand). Toutes ces informations sont disponibles sur la plate-forme FloraWeb (www.floraweb.de). Les cartes de répartition présentées sur FloraWeb ont été compilées au nom du BfN par le Réseau Phytodiversité d’Allemagne (Netzwerk Phytodiversität Deutschlands, NetPhyD, www.netphyd.de). Les données ont été fournies par de nombreux projets régionaux, basés principalement sur le travail volontaire d'environ 5000 cartographes.

L’agenzia federale tedesca per la conservazione della natura (BfN) è l’autorità scientifica del governo federale che si occupa della conservazione della natura a livello nazionale ed internazionale. La BfN assiste il Ministero Federale dell’Ambiente (BUM) con competenze tecnico scientifiche per la conservazione della natura, la conservazione del paesaggio e la cooperazione internazionale. Tra le varie tematiche, la BfN si occupa di specie vegetali spontanee, comunità vegetali (fitosociologia) e della vegetazione naturale potenziale (PNV). Tutte le informazioni sono disponibili sulla piattaforma FloraWeb (www.floraweb.de). Le carte distributive presenti su FloraWeb sono tutte compilate dalla BfN per la Rete della Fitodiversità della Germania (Netzwerk Phytodiversität Deutschlands, NetPhyD, www.netphyd.de). I dati sono stati reperiti da numerosi progetti regionali, su base principalmente volontaria di 5000 osservatori.

The German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN) is the scientific authority of the German federal government that deals with nature conservation at the national and international levels. The BfN supports the Federal Ministry of Environment technically and scientifically in all aspects of nature conservation and landscape management as well as in international cooperation issues. Among other things, the BfN also deals with plant taxa growing in the wild in Germany, their floristic association (plant communities) and the potential natural vegetation (pnV). This information is provided on the online platform FloraWeb (www.floraweb.de). The distribution maps contained in FloraWeb are compiled from data collected by the network Phytodiversity Germany (NetPhyD, www.netphyd.de) on behalf of BfN. The database has been collated from many regional mapping projects and is based on predominantly voluntary work by some 5,000 cartographers.
